How My Service Works

I work virtually from my office in the Southern Tablelands, NSW or for that matter anywhere. My business model is location independent, if travel is required at times that isn’t a problem. My home office is fully functional with laptop, printer, scanner and mobile all with Internet connectivity, this allows me to work virtually and stay connected with my clients.

All traditional duties of an EA/PA would be covered in my role, including the day-to-day running of my Client’s diary, scheduling of meetings, arranging and booking international/domestic travel, liaising with business partners and other colleagues and providing administration and personal support when required. My duties and responsibilities can be tailored to best suit you, the client.

Employing my services as your Executive Personal Assistant will be extremely cost effective to you and your business. My workable hours are charged to you per month; an invoice will be drawn up as per discussed and agreed between you, the client and myself.

To stay connected and in-tune with each other, I would advise (but not a necessity) running similar programs, for instance;

Gmail: Email access to Inbox and Calendar

Google Drive or Dropbox: Shared access for document editing and reviewing

Skype/FaceTime/Whats App: Having face to face meetings
